EXTERNAL CONSULTANT FOR A RECRUITMENT COMPANY OF INDEPENDENT ENTREPRENEURS

Over a period of 18 months, I developed the franchise activity of a recruitment company by transforming the pole franchise into a pole of “network recruitment of independent contractors / takeover & creation of companies“.

  • I trained the cabinet’s headhunters based on the approach of future independent business leaders.
  • I have put in place a pre-selection methodology for candidates so-called “in funnel”.
  • I have developed procedures for transferring the best profiles to the networks in order to enable them to increase their contract signing rates (1 signature for 7 shortlisted candidates).
  • I have multiplied the clients “franchisors” of the cabinet that have passed, in less than a year and a half from 4 clients to 52 clients.
  • It was a very enriching experience that allowed me to develop real expertise in recruiting independent business profiles.

Specialized in the recruitment of independent entrepreneurs, I forged an experience within the Midas network (2,700 sales points in the world) for which I managed the franchisees in difficulty.

For nearly 10 years, I developed a compatibility mapping between the “job” offered by the brands and the profile of the candidate (by analyzing their personality, experience, entrepreneurial maturity, skills, level of training, their knowledge…).

My financial background has allowed me to put in place tools to measure the hidden costs of a franchisee throughout his life-cycle in the network.

I have observed for many years that a poorly recruited franchisee is really very expensive and that this cost can vary from 1 to 7. I have precisely identified three types of costs encountered by the networks and on which I Intervene:

  1. TheAcquisition costs, direct costs that can be optimized
  2. The operating costs, management costs on which we propose to limit the time spent
  3. The exceptional costs, hidden costs such as litigation for example, which must be secured

Experience has shown that the reinforcement of the methods of recruitment of franchisees makes it possible to reduce these costs considerably, thus improving the profitability of the brand.
